We stand behind what we sell. Here's our policy if something isn't right.
Window: We accept returns on non-firearm, non-FFL items (e.g., optics, accessories, apparel) within 30 days of delivery. Firearms, ammunition, and NFA-regulated items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective, due to federal regulations.
Condition: The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags, manuals, and accessories included. There is a 15% restocking fee for all non-defective returns to cover handling and re-inspection.
Process: To start a return, email support@f7a27325-3c1f-4382-982a-2a69edfd4663.local with your order number and reason for return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Do not ship anything back without an RMA.
For items that arrive damaged or defective, contact us immediately and we will arrange a prepaid return label and replacement at no cost to you.
